We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - it was close to the Arenal area and near a stream, which provided a calming atmosphere. The hotel facilities were great, with a thermal pool and sauna that were well-maintained. We also enjoyed the fact that we could walk to the nearby small river which had stones and was very picturesque. The staff was friendly, always available, and very helpful. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was amazing, with continental and typical Costa Rican options that were endless.
Nothing to mention.

The indoor hot springs pools were a delightful experience. the natural surroundings made our thanksgiving stay even more enjoyable. Complementary nature walks and free Wi-Fi made our stay even more fulfilling.
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, although there were a few fruits that were fresh and tasted good. the maintenance of the hotel facilities needs to be improved, in particular upkeep of the sauna.

During Easter, I stayed at a hotel with a thermal pool and pleasing landscaping. The river near the hotel was warm and inviting to swim in. the food served at breakfast was really good.
This hotel was not well-maintained, and they need an overhaul. Some parts appeared very old and deteriorated.

Located near the picturesque Arenal area and nestled next to a small river with smooth stones, the location of this hotel is breathtaking. With the Arenal volcano in the background, guests can enjoy natural heated pools and thermal spa services. the rooms are spacious and equipped with basic facilities, including comfortable beds for a good night's sleep.
The hotel seems to lack proper maintenance and attention to detail.
